A very luxurious comfortable quiet hideaway on market day in the busy town of Santanyí. The breakfasts are wonderful and the room and buildings are exactly as you would hope for, very old style Spanish. The hotel is in the heart of the old town with easy walking access to all the shops, restaurants and alleyways.
Although not something the hotel can influence the tap water is presumably from a bore and is quite saline, drinking water is from bottles. A kettle in the room to make a coffee on waking would be very welcome, you would have to buy bottled water but a small price to pay really.

The location and staff was excellent. Lovely clean rooms. Beautiful interiors and delicious breakfast.
I probably wouldn’t book the villa room as has a lot of stairs but the rest of the venue is excellent.

i like the design of the place. the architecture and the calmness when I was alone and was able to relax and have a good time. I liked the breakfast, the room, the location, the team and especially the pool area is amazing to relax.
the house is not a hotel. So the walls are very thin and you can hear other guests speaking and walking kn other rooms quite loudly. that’s why I woke up a few times and had a less relaxed stay as I wished with more quiet and good sleep. The location does get loud at night and generally can feel small.
