The breakfast was amazing. The thing that impressed us most was the staff. They couldn't do enough for us. Especially Chris. After the first day when we walked in they knew what kind of coffee we liked and had it ready.n
The people who cleaned the room did not get it done in the morning.

Elegante, raffinata e pulita.
Non dipende certamente dalla struttura ma dalla situazione sociopolitica della Spagna in questo momento. La piazza su cui si affaccia l’albergo, durante il mio soggiorno, era occupata da una tendopoli di gente in protesta.

Clean rooms, newly refurbished, great view of main area.
I left a pair of clothing in my room. Called them back to ask when I can pick it up because surely the cleaning crew would have reported it to lost and found. Their ‘cleaning crew’ said they didn’t find anything - in short - they threw it away or either took it. Horrible experience. Staff needs to be taken accountable. Mind you, those were expensive items.
