Well-maintained beautiful garden Volcano view from terrace Pool and jacuzzi Dedicated parking place besides each house

Confusing check-in instructions with false gate code, we had to call them on whatsapp from the gate to get in (then why not just say we would get the valid code once checked in...) Not so welcoming staff at check-in (condescending attitude) Breakfast was bad quality ("orange" juice was a joke) Despite the room size, no proper table and chairs to sit and eat something (there is no shared kitchen anymore!) Poultry animals (and their droppings..) around the pool and game corner is disgusting

Everything was beautiful, green and lush.

Had to pay in cash and was told to pay in cash the day of our flight. We had only brought enough cash for tips. So we had to take out money and go to the exchange place airport essentially paying more than we intended. (It was the same price on booking.com, but exchange rate made us take out more money than we planned).

Staff were all lovely, rooms exceeded our expectations. Using uber with the designated pickup point right outside the hotel gave us easy access to all the attractions. Pool and hot tub were excellent and the games room was a lovely touch and gave us something nice to do in our down time. Good breakfast and affordable, animals on site were a fun bonus! Saw an unexpectedly good number of wildlife from the hotel itself.

The location is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous garden with lots of local animals and stunning views of the volcano. The staff was always available to help and quickly resolved any issues we had.
