1. The chairs upholstery in the dining area needs attention. Seems it is not changed for quite some time. 2. The toilet cleaning was good. However, some stains were observed in the comodde of the room ( 839) where we stayed. Housekeeping staff might have made efforts to clean and remove, but it must be hard to go.

What I liked most about the hotel was the personalised service and genuine attention to guests. The management, especially Mr. Anant Lekha, the General Manager, personally follows up on guest concerns and is actively involved in the hotel’s operations. I also really appreciated how the team takes feedback seriously and makes an effort to meet individual needs. The home-style Bengali food prepared for me was a lovely personal touch that made me feel at home away from home.

Breakfast & helpful staff

The bathing area needs an anti skid mat as it gets quite slippery with water and soap. It is a safety hazard for falls - especially children and seniors. Also I understood from the Reception Desk staff (Pratik) on checking out that I was overcharged and the excess of INR 5775

Good location Nice pool and poolside area

There is a smell in the room. Room smelled off for duration of stay. I don’t know how you can call this a 5 star hotel when the A/C vent is clogged with dirt. See picture. Charging almost 3.000 for a buffet is exceptionally steep, with the food being exceptionally mediocre Check in was inefficient and took too long The room was dated, chipped paint etc I did not like this hotel and do not think it can call itself 5 star by any means
