Hotel Hoyuk

It's a nice small hotel in the middle of istaklal street.The location is so perfect, the commute is so easy to all parts of Istanbul form there. The staff literally goes over and beyond to facilitate their guests. It was such a nice experience. Serkan makes sure that everything is provided to you and Ali, the night manager is such a sweet man. I had a late night flight so I had called my Taxi to the end of the road, Ali didn't let me go alone at and literally accompanied me and even carried my luggage himself. I cannot recommend this hotel for stay enough, that how good they were! 100% recommended!

Due to flooding rain, whole Taksim's water was cutoff, so we didn't have water for like a day. But that was something unexpected and beyond hotel's control. Yet, Serkan was on his toes the whole time just to get us water from somewhere. Ali came and dropped a 5 litre water can in my room so I could have some water.

Excellent Location and Wonderful Hospitality! Hotel Hoyuk is perfectly located in the heart of Taksim, with everything nearby. The location is ideal, allowing you to go out and explore at any time of the day or night. Mr. Sarkan and his staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They are always ready to assist you with anything you need and make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. The hotel is also very quiet and peaceful, so you can sleep comfortably without being disturbed. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Hotel Boyuk to anyone looking for a central location, a peaceful stay, and genuinely caring hospitality. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Istanbul!

The hotel’s location is, of course, great. It’s not far from Taksim Square and is more or less right on Istanbul’s main shopping street. There are several restaurants around the hotel and, of course, plenty of shopping options. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There’s free water and tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. You have to keep in mind that, for the price, you can’t expect more in Istanbul.

There was always a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel hallway. But fortunately, not in the room. Everything is a bit worn, but as I said, it's fine for the price.

The zone was perfect

It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. Suddenly, the bathroom light stopped working.
