Conveniently located within old town (fort) it was the perfect getaway for me to escape the heat and crowds. Rudy was also especially helpful and had recommendations for many good restaurants in the area. The room was nice and clean.
If you have a lot of luggage or if you are older this might not be ideal as you do have to carry your bags up flights of stairs, I was lucky to be on the first floor. Also, while convenient, the room I was in did not have a view of anything so if that’s important to you, think twice.

The location was superb it exceeded our expectations , which is why we booked it also. It is literally in side the citycenter & near the lake. Lot’s of places around to eat, stroll around little shops, port is nearby and loved that almost everything was walkable. Host was also responsive when we had question & when I gave feedback.
The room on itself was a little cramped for 3 people and the beds were really hard and unpleasant to sleep on. We also had the shower constantly overflowing in the bathroom which constantly had us in a mini pool and the mini fridge was not working. If these issue are resolved it will drastically improve the overall experience. Furthermore if you are using public transfer the bus is a pain in the but with connections, would highly recommend getting the ferry to Sirmione or if lucky get a cab.
