Hotel is in a great location
Near to grand palace and khaosan road big spacious rooms with good aircon.

Some of the facility's were closed. Massage. Pool area could do with a renovation

Good breakfast but need baked beans on the menu
Shower facilities near pool could be nicer, need a toilet there.

Location is superb
Staff weren't too friendly, hotel seems very run down, have stayed many times in the past, definitely getting shabbier, and rooms in the old wing ( where we stayed) really need sprucing up.
