We arrived 2 hours earlier than expected, and the only member of staff only spoke Italian, but she was so helpful we understood what she was saying. Breakfast was also amazing, our host bakes the most incredible cakes!
The location despite being outside the city walls was great. It was only a 15-20 min walk to get to the important sights and numerous restaurants. Parking on site saved us a lot of hassle.
The shower in our room was fantastic!

Excellent location to visit Urbino. The staff is very helpful and smiling - very good breakfast!
The room was beyond our expectations: clean, comfortable and with a view to Urbino!
There is nothing to complain about!!!

Really good value for money. Spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast. Next to the bus stop.

Great Location - Clean Room but very small and kind dark. Breakfast very limited. It is not a buffet breakfast, they offer on a plate a couple of slices of home made pies, so you do not have your own choices to get what you like. For an overnight it worked well and it was convenient.
