I stayed here for five nights. I thought the location was excellent, only a five-minute walk from Taipei Main Station. The staff is friendly; the room was clean; they provide bottled water; there is a common lounge area with fridge and microwave so you can prepare your own food. The Wi-Fi connection is solid.
Although they do a great job with cleaning the room, there was some black mold around the edges of the shower. Also, you can sometimes hear through the walls if your neighbors are noisy.

Cleanliness of rooms and resting areas can be improved and staff behaviour somewhat lacks enthusiasm.

Absolutely fantastic location
The pillow didn’t support my neck very well and while there were separate men’s and women’s showers and bathrooms, they weren’t very separate. Plus the bathroom was by the lobby so I felt awkward going after I was already in my pajamas.
