Great location, close to everything. Quiet spot and quick walk to the beach. Joe the host was second to none with communication. Home came with everything we needed. Super cute.

Very easy public access to the beach. Clean, cute, nice view of ocean. Easy parking. Quick and responsive communication. Just know there are 3 flights of stairs. We are very active so it was fine for us, but it can be a lot when you are hauling things up and down. There is a loft with two beds and there is a skylight. Great for during the day, but the 6am sunlight from the skylight makes it difficult to go back to sleep. Bring an eye mask for that. We enjoyed the location and the surrounding condos were always quiet.

This was a very nice trip, clean, communication, parking all great the only down fall we found is there was no elevator to move your items in with even and we always use the stairs as to come and go but we do like to move our things in and out with elevator other than that the gentleman was awesome to work with when we communicated with him and was very kind. The room was as advertised.

Rental is spacious and a great proximity to the beach. Not great views though, there is a run down housing complex below the patio, full of garbage and dogs and the view is mainly of the other building and RV park. The host was beyond rude when I inquired about the pool not being in service/use, and made it seem like no one with children is drawn to a rental with a private pool. He offered reimbursement and lied about sending the check he offered.
