Air conditioning? Fortunately, we were there at a time that was pretty cool, but I can imagine on hot days, it would be very miserable to sleep. You're a staff is a super nice, super helpful.
We were the first of the day to eat outside. Looking at the back hill and when we came out, several others the entire came out to smoke, which had a negative impact on our breakfast.

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner on Saturday night and it was delicious. The views from the balcony were beautiful.

Lovely and friendly staff who were ready to accommodate our every need! The location is excellent—very close to the Ordino Arcalís base for the gondola and chairlifts, and just 4 minutes from the hiking trails in Sorteny Nature Park. We absolutely loved relaxing in the spa after a few long days of hiking. The food at their restaurant was also delicious, paired with a great selection of wines.
