Location, balcony view, nice staff.

Room 4 had an ill-fitting transparent shower door as its bathroom door that had a massive gap all around the side meaning zero privacy when someone is in the bathroom or on the loo. Extremely odd… just add a door!

The staff, the room, the breakfast, all were excellent! The fact that everything was organic was brilliant!

We had a room with a private balcony and a spa bath. It’s well located near a lovely trail . Big thanks to the great service from the breakfast team, - a lovely young lady who was tirelessly preparing and topping up the buffet . Many lovely touches

Amazing location, spacious bedroom and comfortable bed.

I had informed the property well in advance that I’m a coeliac and it was confirmed it could be catered for, but on arrival there was no GF cake option. I asked last on reception to make sure bread would be left out for breakfast and she said she would get GF sausage out of freezer. Came down to breakfast to find said lady had forgotten to defrost sausage so it would be available day 2. We were walking 22km day 1 so would have been nice to have it that day particularly when I had paid over £200 for the room per night. Also, noisy GF room from 6:30 so woken early both mornings. They had forgotten to separate the beds despite requesting it- small matter but sloppy. Grout in shower needs a clean with a toothbrush- it’s basics.
