The room was spacious, and the location was excellent. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Overall, I think it offers good value for money, especially considering that this is typically a very expensive neighborhood. I think this is a solid 7/10 hotel.

The overall look and feel of the hotel, particularly the reception area, could be improved. Some details in the room also made it feel less like a hotel and more basic than expected. The bed sheets and mattress cover did not have the quality or appearance I would expect from a hotel. The ceiling in the room was also visibly dirty. The TV unit we had hung up near the ceiling was disconnected from the power source, so it could not be used. The A/C did not do much. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproofed at all, and we could hear quite a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.

Make sure you indicate to guests that to enter the building after hours, the door will be locked and that you will have to pass your room key by the sensor to open the door.

I think the main selling point is the location (Salamanca) where it's easy to get around and a nice neighbourhood to stay in. The room was also quite quiet given it sits on a main road. Cleaning staff was super kind and polite, changing our towels every day. We were able to leave our bags there before check in which was a nice thing.

Everything felt cheap. We got two individual beds instead of a double/queen bed given it was a double room (they were also different heights, so even though they were pushed in together you'd sleep at a different height from your partner). It was equipped with a small kitchen and even though it had cups and some essentials, a kettle would've been nice to make some tea/coffee (instead of a cooking pot!). It felt like they had just equipped it with random things just to put stuff in there. The room itself also needed a renovation, especially the bathroom. The shower was clean enough though. Lastly, we asked reception for an iron (given we were going to a wedding) and they were only able to lend us one on a 30 euro deposit!!! Seemed outrageous for a basic hotel amenity.
