Hôtel Du Théâtre Centre Historique - Parking Souterrain Public Gratuit

This hotel appears to have mixed reviews for a verity of reasons. Personally, we found it to be a great characterful hotel in a wonderful historic building, full of vintage French charm and decor. Our room was clean, large and airy with a comfortable bed and riverside view. We found the staff to be helpful and the location is excellent for walking everywhere in and around Metz. Yes, the car park is tired and could be challenging for a number of larger modern SUV style vehicles, but it is free and other public car parks are available in the local area if that is preferred. We had no issues with our car and would happily stay here again when visiting Metz. Many thanks.

The hotel is right in the city center. The staff was very friendly and they even allowed us to leave our car in their car park for free for the entire day after we already checked out. The hotel itself was great value for money and the pool was a positive plus after our long journey through Europe

Some of the light sockets didn't work as intended but we didn't need them really. Everything else was great!
