Hotel Europa

My earlier experience of breakfast made me opt out of it this time

Every room should have been provided with an almirah/wardrobe

Lokation

Location is the best. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast very good, many options to choose from. The hotel also provides tea and water at night. It’s very clean and they provide room cleanup when you need. I also used the iron that is available on the lobby floor. It’s a good deal for the area. I recommend this place and will come back definitely.

A little detail: my room did not have air conditioning, just a fan.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The lift was operating when we arrived with bags, but not working when we left.

The room was not as advertised in any way. There was no fridge, no lounge in our room, no slippers, no space. The fridge was needed for a medical condition. The man at the desk gave us another room with a fridge. The second day in the late morning, I saw a message offering us an up grade, which we declined as we had unpacked and settled in. We were offered free breakfast that day (too late for us), and the next day which we had.
