Hotel Kreuz

The staff and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious.

We found the room a bit small and Spartan , very clean though.

Family room was quite big and very comfortable beds. Staff was very helpfull. Breakfast was good enough for us. Hotel is very close to main train station.

Accommodation in a great location, close to the train station, which made it easy to reach the main purpose of our visit: exploring the city of Lucerne. The accommodation was very pleasant and clean, although the furnishings were a bit dated. Breakfast was fairly simple, but there was enough variety for everyone to find something they liked, and we certainly didn’t leave hungry. Having parking right next to the hotel was also very convenient.

The location, views and friendly staff.

We booked the hotel with breakfast. Big mistake. Kitchen staff are too lazy to change the menu everyday. We stayed for 5 days and breakfast was the same everyday, some cold cuts, boiled eggs and bread. About the rooms, the bathroom sliding door fell on my head while bathing. They don't provide any toiletries. Beds uncomfortable. Double beds are made by joining twin beds. Splits while sleeping creating a gap between beds. The floors are too squeaky and create a lot of noise. Also, if you still want to book, make sure to ask for a room in the main building.
