Location, the lady who checked me in and breakfast
Shower was too small and the younger staff during the day at the front desk werent very friendly.

The hotel is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Our room was a good size.
WE had some trouble getting to the property in our car as it is in the middle of a tram/ pedestrianised area.

The part of the city is amazing for walking to the sites but a challenge with a car due to the many one-way streets. The staff was very helpful and patient with us. The room was gorgeous and outstanding! The streets were busy during the day, but quieted nicely at night. We were provided with a good cooling fan when the weather warmed up.
Figuring out the parking lot was a challenge.
