Location, cleanliness and helpful on recepción
Noise, but expected in centre of Madrid.

The location is perfect and the beds are really comfortable. The shower is also good. Hotel has a lift.
Some members of the staff couldn’t understand English which i find frustrating when considering that they work in the tourism sector. As soon as you try to speak to them in English they would look visibly annoyed.
The room service was okay, however the towels were rarely replaced (even when left on the floor). You would find the same dirty towel neatly folded.

Położenie w samym centrum, miły personel.
Hotel jest stary i niezbyt czysty.
