Only about 200 metres from Plaza Mayor which is the hub of the city. All the sights like the Cathedral, University, Convent were all within easy walking distance and also loads of cafes and restaurants in the area. Underground car park right next door to the hotel.
Had a bit of a problem with getting the shower to work but nothing wrong with it just my inability to understand the mechanics of what was a very modern and complex piece of equipment. Once shown by the staff I had no further problems.

The hotel was very accommodating in receiving our bikes to enable us start cycling the Camino. Staff very helpful . Comfortable room and great location.

The staff were friendly and helpful
The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable and sadly we were given a room next to the elevator which was very old and noisy. Both these points meant we got hardly any sleep. We also thought the additional charges of almost 40 Euros for having a dog were too much. We have never had to pay anywhere near this amount in other hotels.
