Check in was great, great service and even early check in, the breakfast was also very good and we enjoyed the pool on top of a long walk around the National park. Really enjoyed our stay, can definitely recommend. And of cause the ease of getting to the park right on the door step, no driving needed, perfect.

Nothing we didn't like, only one funny thing, the toilet in our room was fitted quite far of the floor, so even I who is 6 foot tall had my feet of the ground when on the toilet.

The location was convenient, and the room was generally clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who welcomed us even though we arrived after midnight. We also appreciated that the staff the next morning suggested a nearby park where we could charge our car for free, which helped us get back on schedule without losing too much time.

Although the room was clean, it didn’t quite give us the overall feeling of freshness and cleanliness we would have expected. Our main disappointment was with the EV charging. Since we were on a road trip and needed to charge overnight in order to continue our journey the next day, we contacted the hotel three times in advance specifically to make sure we would be able to charge the car. We were reassured that we could, but when we arrived, the charger was already occupied and we were told that charging works on a first-come, first-served basis. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that policy, but we wish this had been clearly communicated beforehand instead of being reassured that charging would be available. Had we known, we could have planned our trip accordingly.
