Hotel Anna Palace

The location was superb - less than 10 min walk from the center. The room was spacious, clean, very cozy and comfortable. Parking was easy, as there are designated parking spots for the guests. Everything was very clean. We were happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

The only thing that didn't leave good impression was the breakfast - the juice tasted like powdered drink mix (awful) and the buffee (was not working this day) had tablecloth with a lot of spots/crumbles remained from before.

Very good location, close to the Danube river. Vicinity to the city centre. Parking free of charge, as well as 2 chargers (22kW) for EV - GigaCharger - cheap, €0,25/1 kWh - app to be installed. Despite the earlier informations, it was quiet, no loud music etc. Room equipped with AC and proper ventilation in the bathroom. If you don’t like the AC you can open the window without worries of mosquitos, there are nets in the window. Minibar, relatively cheap.

I can’t say, that the beds are not comfortable, but the mattresses are hard. In scale 1-10, when 1 is soft and 10 hard, the beds, for me and my family, are indeed 10+. The breakfast, considering 4 star hotel, is poor. You will not leave hungry, but you get the plate with few slices of salami, yellow cheese, one piece of sirene, one small jam, one boiled egg and another few slices of tomato and cucumber. The server informs, that before you get your plate you can take „zakuska” - „appetiser”, which is limited to watermelon and melon. I suspect the kitchen is off and they serve cold, previously prepared, sets.

Each room had big spider webs. Incredibly uncomfortable mattress on at least two of the beds. More 1, maybe 2-star feeling.
