Very close to Gare de l'Est in surprisingly quiet side street. Very easy walk to Gare du Nord. Clean, quiet, room well designed for size, kettle provided. Excellent breakfast. Big park and canal you can walk along at the end of the street.
Would have preferred ceramic cups to paper.

Great location. Easy access to the metro at Gare de L’Est. And 15 min walk from Gare du Nord or one stop on the metro
The bathroom was tiny. We were on the 5th floor

The location was very good. The best part about the hotel is its location, as it is near Gare de l’Est station the connectivity makes you feel all good about the hotel
The front desk staff is not that warm. No help if you are a solo traveller with lots of luggage. I mean that’s what hospitality is about right. I would rate them a zero for it. I travelled with 5 bags two of which were 35 kgs each and rest around 11 kgs as am travelling here for a year. The front desk staff wasn’t courteous enough to give a hand. All this despite paying so much. Lack of empathy very robotic toned.

"Location was just right, in a quiet side St but very close to metro and stations. Facilities were comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. Lots f cafes and restaurants nearby."
