Location, breakfast, rooms, service was all good. Washroom door/lock should be checked and modified for safety sake.a

Washroom door/lock should be rectified and modified for safety sake. Fire brigade had to be called to get me out of the washroom, thank God it happened during day time and more so your staff's working hours. I was stuck in for almost 45 mins. You should have hotel staff present 24 hrs.

The location was very central, the staff was very helpful, the whole place was quite clean, and filled with many high-tech touches. Breakfast was quite nice.

The primary problem was that the room was small almost to the point of discomfort. We could barely open our luggage in the space that was not occupied by the bed, or other furniture and when we did we had difficulty getting out the door The room also had a strange configuration, with two beds separated by a wall. The bathroom was also located outside the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient though it was at least a decent size. The noise from the street was loud at night.

Location couldn’t be better, within walking distance of all attractions (minutes). The room was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was top notch, very accommodating and flexible, wiling to go the extra mile to satisfy you as their customer, always with a smile. They helped us get taxis and in general made our stay so easy. I highly recommend this hotel and will go back to it if I am back in Assisi.

My friend and I booked a room at this hotel and were given room 5 which was not a room but more like staying in 2 small closets. There was barely enough room for our suitcases and no space to properly move around the room or unpack. This room and its size were not accurately described on the website page nor did the picture shown on the website match the room. In the beginning we were told we could not change rooms but after much persistence and showing that this room is not pictured in any of the 55 pictures on the hotel website, after our first night, and for an significant additional charge, we moved to room 6 for the remainder of our trip. The hotel needs to be honest about this room and it’s small size and put a proper picture of this room online as part of the description. Also, all the rooms were heavily scented with artificial air fresheners which was overwhelming and unpleasant.
