Location is convenient

Breakfast is average not a lot of choices

A cozy hotel tucked in Makati suburbs surrounded with residential houses, pretty affordable compared to those in busy streets. If you're looking for just the right room to rest, it's alright. It is reasonably priced, nothing fancy, not even a Netflix subscription ready or a cable channel working but with adequate space and facility. There's a ref, hair dryer and kettle for convenience and tho there were no complementary bottled water, there's a refilling station for water at the hallway. Hot shower works just fine and the aircon, although exuding with a little noise, works just right. Breakfast was mainly basics, scrambled eggs and a few stir-fried stuff although they change it up a little hours after. This could be convenient as there are just few carinderias around the area. There's a relatively small gym if you wanna lift weights and a pool by the roofdeck. I did not use those tho.

I was a little confused to know there's a security deposit even after paying in advance and securing the room. Can't say if it's the same for all rooms but I had to pay 2k up front. I've never encountered this in any of the other hotels I stayed before. I guess they were just making sure you come back. It was returned to me after check out.
