Location, clean, comfort, price/quality, communication with the owner.

Appartement spacieux et très propre . Excellent emplacement

Les travaux et toutes les ruelles étaient bloquées

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Close to Las Setas and not far from the cathedral and many good tapas bars.

Was a little difficult to arrange for entry last minute and struggle finding the key. The lights are a little strange in the property the third room only has a light at the walkway and a lamp. The second bathroom is very small for showering. The cleanliness could be improved as we found a bandaid in the sheets in one of the rooms. Also more attention to detail on cleaning, eg there was no hand soap in the main bathroom for a 5 night stay.
