Such a beautiful house in a beautiful setting - full of creative touches, including a working loom. The friendly owner Chantal has decorated her home with perfect taste and ducks in a multitude of forms! Our room was so pretty with lovely drapes above the bed head, a bright and shiny en-suite and we even had our own sitting room. The gorgeous breakfast hall with mezzanine and cathedral ceiling was an extra surprise in the morning.
Nothing it was all perfect. The entrance to the driveway for parking is tight but there are well placed mirrors to ensure a safe exit onto the road when leaving.

lovely host, room was good and breakfast we excellent.
We booked because it has an onsite restaurant but because we were the only guests I think the host wasn't interested in cooking, arrived at 7pm after a long drive, was informed we would need to eat out, recommended to try the only restaurant in walking distance, which unsurprisingly was fully booked, had to get back into the car which was the last thing we wanted to do. Stress at the end of the day with kids we hadn't planned on.
