Lovely refurbished room. Very clean. Breakfast set you up for the day and served by a very nice lady. Ate in the restaurant food was good and well priced. Lots of nice bar areas in the hotel Well located in Thurso
The private function that went on till 1am the Saturday night we stayed. Music and noise could be heard in our room so difficult to get to sleep. Thought it would have ended at midnight

Good location, reasonable price, handy having a restaurant and pub downstairs though for any evening meal. The location is quiet
Breakfast was no longer on offer, the bed was a standard double, a bit small for two older adults these days! Shower needs improvement.

No staff available for breakfast so we went elsewhere. Although we had booked for breakfast apparently we needed to tell them again in person. No one told us this at check in
Bed wasn't comfortable

"Really great staff, they sorted us out with motorbike parking too. The food in the hotel was also really good."
