Muito limpo, quarto confortável no padrão ibis. Staff simpático, dá pra guardar a mala após o check-out

Tive um pouco de dificuldade com o chuveiro, a agua só saía fria. O café da manhã tem um preço completamente surreal, abusivo mesmo.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the overall friendliness of the reception staff. But I can not say they have been helpful for the choice of my room.

Upon arrival, I had told the reception staff that I have great difficulty sleeping in hotels and asked them to give me a calm and quiet room. They gave me probably the worst room in the hotel. I literally did not sleep any night. I was in a horrible condition, extremely tired when I left the hotel. Too much noise, I was just next to the cleaning storage room, very early in the morning noise would start. For the same reason, impossible to have a quick nap in the afternoon. My window was just next to the air conditioning coolers, too much noise at night as well. Very bad experience!
