The staff were lovely, the room and bathroom super clean, the beds comfortable, the breakfast tasty with lots of options, the shuttle bus super convenient (you can also take it to the airport and then hop onto the Maglev or underground into town). It was located right next to an ATM which is handy if you want to use cash while you’re in Shanghai. I found ATMs not easy to find outside the airport. There is a supermarket around the corner as well as a night market and plenty of restaurants.
Rooms smelled strongly of smoke.
