Hotel Chellah

It was very nice staff, good food good service

I did not get a balcony that’s not so nice ,and I had an other room in my reservation but got an other

The location is very good; you are in the middle of Tangier, surrounded by all important administrations and companies. Hotel facilities, including the pool, are very nice

It was a short stay for work so I did not have enough time to see what would not please me, the experience in general was very nice

That it was very centrical and that the ambiance was good

The air conditioning did not work the first day reported it 4 times to no avail and on the 5th tie in that day got upset and they had to change our apartment very late in the evening. We wasted all day in the heat first night we were unable to sleep and we could not even open the window because of the noise outside. Many rooms were free they could have given us one earlier but they would just not pay attention to us very upsetting plus the language barrier with the technician.

Well located and helpful staff throughout the stay.

Booked a king bed but was assigned a twin room, later converted into an Italian-style. Parking request via the extranet was ignored, bathroom had a sewage smell, and hot water pressure was weak.
