KISS ME ROME Luxury Rooms

The communication was excellent with the host, the property was clean, well equipped, really close to public transport stations, the elevator worked properly and the price was correct and decent. It really was a nice stay, I recommend it.

I have nothing to add.

We had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place! The apartment was extremely clean, fresh and looked exactly like in the photos. Everything was well taken care of even to the smallest details like tea, candies and some hygiene stuff. The location is great bc there’s a shop, roma termini, bus stop and metro nearby, restaurants just around the corner and a nice park close by. The Colosseum is also within walking distance, which was perfect for us. The communication with the owner was excellent. He replied very quickly to every message and were always happy to help whenever we had any questions for example how to get on airport. The check-in instructions were clear and everything was very easy.

We had a small problem with the toilet flush during our stay, but the owner took care of it as quickly as was possible, which we really appreciated.

Easy check-in, good communication with host. Nice that there were snacks waiting. Room looked like the pictures. There were no bedbugs, which is always nice! Linens were clean and so were the towels.

Floors and corners of the room were very dusty and crumby, there were also a few ants. Also the surfaces in the toilet were not cleaned too well. Walls are thin (we could hear the neighbors talking) and flushing the toilet is surprisingly loud. The ac works, but is noisy.

Efficient communications with self check in information. Proximity to central station and other metro/tram stops is good. Sizeable room and good shower.

We stayed in room 2 and the noise from main road is awful. Seems like room 1 and 2 would be the two affected by this. Constant cars, bikes, ambulances etc. coming past at all hours does not make for a restful night. Air con in our room barely worked
