Great location, available free parking, very good breakfast, family-owned and operated, very close to St James Church, restaurants and souvenir shops.

Bathroom is a bit dark because of combination of dark tiles used and (in my opinion) weak light bulbs, I would prefer to see more lights in the bathroom, but it’s not a dealbreaker. You cannot control the temperature in your own room so if you’re cold as I was, or hot, as I saw 2 other guests, there’s nothing you can do.

Wry clean and staff was the best Martin was very helpful with everything we need it.

Comfortable bed. Tea maker. Fridge with water. Good shower.

Aircon was off - previous guests had complained it was cold so owner had switched off centrally and hadn't turned back on for us and was initially reluctant to set it back up! We had asked several times for early check in and were told we could leave bags but couldn't guarantee earlier check in than 3pm. Thus affected our packing as we had come for a short stay from our Dubrovnik base. Yet when we arrived the desk lady ( often un- manned desk) said it's always ready to check in! Asked for cash when leaving - no warning of this on booking. Breakfast coffee maker played up and inadequate correct size cups. Breakfast was cold unless you wanted eggs. No labels for people with allergies or digestion issues- they don't make it themselves. Bathroom curtain was outrageous! Having a shower and being unprivate is one thing but to jot be enough for toileting is quite another! A second curtain in each room wouldn't break the bank seeing as so much was spent on ultra modern high tech services! They don't do decent British tea anywhere in this part of the world but what little tea bags they give- which weren't refreshed next day as promised- they don't have milk or creamer. The balcony is shared so privacy and security issues. Our taxi driver worked out at the exchange rate that when we had to pay by card as he hadn't told us cash, cost us 5 euros more. Many in Medjugorje have fallen into the hospitality provision by default but that's no excuse to charge normal hotel rates with the above issues.
