Location, staff (Julie) extremely helpful, very clear on the checking in process, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful polite I went to above and beyond

The location for Farnborough exhibition centre is amazing. It only took about 7 - 8 minutes to walk to there. Really enjoyed the breakfast both mornings. The host is really helpful and friendly which makes you feel valued. On arrival I found the room too warm for my preference and was unable to adjust the thermostat. I messaged and had the heating turned off in no time at all.
Only minor things that are not a deal breaker. The room could do with a bit of a refurb with some brighter lighting and maybe a bigger desk for working if staying on business. The furniture is a little dated. I found the showerhead restricted the water flow which made it take a bit longer to shower and the towels could do with being bigger (only a problem for me being a taller and bigger person) None of this would stop me staying again when in the area next time.

Lovely little room in a large property, space was small but comfortable.

The breakfast was great! The breakfast was freshly cooked, was boiling hot and delicious. Everything was available, juice, cereal, coffee. Really good.
The radiator didn't work in the bathroom and the sink was very small, so when I went to wash my face I hit my head on the glass shelf above! Apart from that it was warm, comfortable and quiet.
