The service was excellent, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient for exploring Ubud while still offering a peaceful atmosphere.
The main things that could be improved are the water pressure, which was sometimes quite weak, and the gym. The gym is rather limited in terms of equipment, especially for anyone who wants to maintain a proper workout routine during their stay.

The Artini Dijiwa Ubud is a truly unique place. Even though it’s located in the center of Ubud, you feel like you’re surrounded by jungle and nature. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and very professional.
Unfortunately, there was construction work in my building, which was supposed to take place between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., but in reality the workers often started earlier and finished later. The noise was quite intense and, sadly, it didn’t allow me to properly rest and relax during my stay.
