The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment to a lovely standard, this didn’t impact our stay at all. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, brand new en-suite facilities
Bed was comfortable, great breakfast and lovely staff

Stayed there before 12 days ago and renovations coming along well. Will book again when finished.

Just in the middle of some renovation but knew about it before we arrived. Was put in one of the annex buildings. The Kirkland. Room was lovely but the blinds are too high to open and shut so had to stand on the chair. Also the room above the noise from the floorboards were really noisy.
Noise from room above. Woke me up both nights as first night lot of singing and dancing.

Very nice looking hotel from the outside good location for visiting the Glasgow and Strathclyde area
Hotel was in the middle of renovation so a lot of the facilities were unavailable i.e only one restuarant and bar ,bare walls in some public areas and flooring still being done and a reduced menu was on offer, Rooms would benefit from a touch of renovatio as well but I'm sure this will be happening.
