The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! There were tons of shopping options all within walking distance and a mall across the street. Restaurants were not few - from fast food to pubs to fine dining. The area was well developed, which I really enjoyed. The proximity to other hotels and our transportation (bus and Ubers) was also a plus, which suggested this area was a popular and refined district. The hotel's restaurant has great rooftop views. The food and coffee selections were great offering, french toast, egg options, cereal, fruit and more - ensuring there were selections for all preferences. There was a bar in the hotel which I thought was a good touch. The laundry was complimentary that made our stay most comfortable, welcoming and complete. And the room was spacious and cozy.

The food options at the restaurant wasn't quite my favorite, taste wise. But I appreciate the creativity and options available. I also preferred if the bathroom had a shower only option versus a full jacuzzi tub only.

Our room was on the 6th floor under the restaurant so you could hear chairs being moved until 21pm

Big and comfortable rooms, close to everything. Most things are within walking distance.

Property was amazing, wish the pool would stay open longer, but understand why it closes earlier than usual. Property area is in the midst of high traffic area, but definitely worth it especially with the delicious restaurant they have within the hotel.

The staff, every single one of them, were fantastic. Great customer service, friendly, helpful, attentive. Easy to find via vamos, close to shopping and several eateries. The beds are pretty comfortable, but linens and pillows are less so.

The units are dark, the hallways are dark and unwelcoming. The balcony looking over the street has no seating. The two windows (one in living room, one in bedroom) look out to a concrete wall 2 meters away. The unit is woefully under-equipped. Minimal dishes, 2 bowls, 2 spoons, etc. A kitchenette, but no towel, dish soap, sponge or even paper towel. No rug. Small fridge without ice, tho available in lobby from reception. The TV operation was either overly complicated or not hooked up. Couldn’t get past the Tigo homepage.
