Nice garden.

Water pressure is weak.

Rooms were comfortable and the grounds were pretty

I wish they had filtered water for the guests to drink

Great location right in the middle of town and close to everything including a great market with food stalls, the craft shops, and the archeological site. The central location does mean it is loud at the hotel during fiestas in the square but earplugs did the trick for us. The themed rooms are decorated nicely (everything was tulips in our room) and we enjoyed sitting out on our little balcony looking over the central courtyard and across the rooftops of the town. Parki my available in the huge on-site garage, the pool looks great, though we didn’t use it. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The shower wasn’t great, but not unusual compared to other places we have stayed in Mexico. The beds were hard.

Good location

No restaurant although they said they had one. Pool was very very small. Good for kids. No drinking glasses!
