The apartment looks exactly as at the photos. It is perfectly clean and has all the necessary amenities, so suitable for long-term stays as well. The neighborhood is not noisy. Groceries, cafes, bus and tram stops, central train station, major places of interest are at a walkable distance.
Didn't notice anything negative. Just bear in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator, and a bathroom is tiny, as it often is in 100-years old buildings (but still it is fully comfortable to use).

Wien hbf.

Verena is a very friendly host who lives next door is very helpful to guests. The interior color and design of this apartment is very stylish. It is very handy to everywhere.
A bigger toilet and shower room would be better. The elevator could be a small issue and it was gone because the host helps guests to carry up and down luggage.
