The location is great. It’s one house and across the street from the beach.
Beach facing side has narrow deck the needs TLC. The sliding door was hard to open and and screen was thrashed dint stay on and rusty. Going in we knew there was no AC unfortunately we were there during a heat wave. I called and inquired about fans and I think that prompted the property manager to provide some. House only had two old rusty box fans only one worked so I was grateful for the new fans. That’s not typical weather, but I wouldn’t want to stay again with it that hot without AC.

Liked the location, the house was very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were good. The kitchen was nice and the appliances were upgraded. Also liked that it was pet friendly
The password for the internet did not work, the tv controls did not work well. Some of the lights did not work. It was a 4 bedroom place with room for at least 8 people but only had 4 dining room chairs. Some of my guests had to sit on bar stools and couldn’t sit at the table with the rest of the group
