Vanadzor Armenia Hotel

The reception stay are friendly and helpful. The room spacious and the included 3 meals a day if you are using the health treatment facilities is excellent value for money. The health treatment staff are very professional and approachable special mentions go to the ladies on reception, Tereza in the canteen who can't do enough for you. But all staff really provide a level of service that makes you feel like coming back time and time again. Well done to the team

Mixed sex swimming time slot sessions in the pool rather than only male or female slots, which generated some unwanted attention and tension between guests and to make things better separate male and female pool changing rooms would relieve future tensions

it was clean and the stuff was friendly

Good breakfast, good coffee from a coffee machine, good choice of warm meals, fruits, cheeses etc. Bed was soft and comfortable. Parking was good, lots of space.

Smell in the room (including cigarette smell), in bathroom and in hallways. Stains on the carpet in the room. Sofa was old and smelly. When showering all the water gets on the floor outside, as there is no door in the shower zone.
