Great location as a base. Very clean
The check in system was difficult to understand at first as instructions were given on what’s app.
Never met owner or host.
Room had been closed with no air conditioning left on. It took 3 days and nights to have the room comfortable enough to sleep well in.
The air conditioner is too small for the space

Amazing location steps from Trevi Fountain, great room, highly recommended.

Great location. We walked to all the main city sites from here. Very close to the Trevi Fountain, so we saw that every time we went in and out, which was lovely.
There was no view from the window, but we had shutters down most of the time, due to the heatwave, so not an issue for us.

Location
There is absolutely no staff. Someone answers your call but no reception, no staff other than a cleaning lady. We had a hard time with the doors and if it wasn’t for another person staying there I don’t think we could have entered. Very stressful
