Everything thing was perfect, great location, clean, tidy, friendly staff.

I booked this property for an Overseas Judge. She told me the room and facilities were fantastic. Also the reception staff were so helpful she couldn’t speak highly of them.

1, Apart from being a bit far from the city center, the location is very quiet and convenient. The nearby Moonee Ponds Station offers a direct trip to Flinders Street Station in just over ten minutes. 2, The restaurant on the ground floor, Saros Bar & Dining, was excellent (surpassing Dock 37 Bar and Kitchen, which we tried later), and hotel guests receive a 50% discount on food. 3, Overall, it is clean, well-equipped, and relatively new and the Wi-Fi is stable.

1, I would prefer not to park at the Coles supermarket across the street first, only to check for available spaces upon arrival and then move the car into the hotel garage (which requires calling ahead at the entrance). I understand that parking is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, but why isn't it possible to book a spot online based on the day's reservation status? AUD 35 parking fee (same rate as Coles supermarket). 2, Breakfast was not provided, but milk was available. 3, The vanity top is too small; the proportion relative to the sink basin is unreasonable.

Good location

Room was not ready upon arrival. Said they would sms me when ready. They never did, so I went back and found out the room had been ready for some time. When the manager on duty realised I saw him then tell one of the junior staff to start sending smses. At the end of the trip I asked if I could have a late chexkout for 12pm. The female manager replied to say they could inly do 1hr extra as they were fully booked yey upon checking out there were no cleaners around at all on my floor so not sure exactly why she could not give me the extra hour. I saw her at reception and she had a smug look on her face. She knew she had been lying and was just in the mood to show poor customer service. I oaid too rate for my roo. It wasn’t even anything soecial. You don’t even stock the room with anything except a couple of uht milk bottles.
