Everything, the view, the cleanliness, the comfort and the cafe and bakery downstairs is absolutely delicious.
Nothing, everything was tip top.

Clean, modern and well appointed room. Updated bathroom and view was a major plus. Accommodations are in close proximity to restaurants, beaches and cliff walks
Can't say I was bothered by anything but there is a conflicting use in the lobby between the people accessing the bakery / restaurant and the hotel accommodations upstairs.

Location.
Friendly staff.
Cleanliness.
Room very hot, even though the owner provided a fan it was virtually impossible to cool the room down. No sleep was had for the 3 nights.
Quite a narrow stair up to the second floor, not great for carrying luggage up and down.
