The room was very comfortable and was large. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Breakfast buffet and restaurant were great.

We arrived in the middle of the night after a long sleeper bus ride, and the lovely lady at the reception was there to welcome us, even at such a late hour.
The suite was great, spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to rest and get ready before heading out. Exactly what we needed!

Great location to stay overnight before heading to your Ha Long Bay Cruise. A delicious dinner and breakfast were included in the tariff. The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful in making sure we made it to our cruise check in location which required some local knowledge!

Value for money. Half board included in a very good price.
In the pictures you see a nice swimming w but it is a mile a way and you have to take a car so it is not really part of the hotel. No gym. So actually no facilities
