Big Tree Boutique Hotel

The room itself was nice, we had a lot of space and the surrounding nature around the area was a big plus (although there's the main road on one side).

Ironically, the beds at other guesthouses that were a quarter of the price were more comfortable, so I would have expected this to be more comfortable. We had a strong smell of drainage coming from the bathroom for the first 2 days, which went into the rest of the room. The balcony/terrace area we had wasn't very clean. And this is just a suggestion: Having mosquito nets so that the windows could be opened would be great. And the surrounding area isn't great on that main road, but not bad in terms of walking distance to different beaches and restaurants. Overall, I don't think it's worth the money compared to other places at the same price.

Even though it was right next to the main road it was very quiet and the room was nicely furnished. The staff was very helpful and overall a nice stay.

It was on the pricier side and the restaurant was not open for too long (5pm).

The shower temperature regulator does work that good.

It was clean. Comfortable bed.

2 flights of narrow spiral metal stairs to reach room, in combination with location on crazy busy street far from town center didn’t work for us. Getting bags up and down was a bit treacherous!
