Shining Central Hotel & Spa

Great location to walk from. Good size rooms, very clean and comfortable. Lovely helpful staff made our stay a pleasure. Nice spa too.

First, the amazing service leading by Hannah. She gave us a welcoming feeling and make sure we are at home. Second, the stuff is so much better than what I had expected.

Nothing

The hotel is in a prime location right next to all of the main attractions , Harry was very nice and welcoming , did everything he could to help Al of our needs. There is a pool on the upper floor with a city view and great bar staff.

Nothing it was awesome

The staff was VERY, VERY friendly and supportive. We stayed at the hotel twice during one week and were allowed to leave our luggage behind in between the stays while we were somewhere travelling around the Ha Giang Loop. The hotel staff made a very late night check in possible after our return and was very responsive during the preparation time and helped organising everything. It was also my birthday and I got surprised with some of the staff members bringing cake up to my room and singing for me. Whenever we needed anything, the hotel staff was more than happy to help out and responsive within only a couple of minutes. The hotel itself is in a very good location and has anything you could ask for. I would always go back there again and highly recommending your booking!
