100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
The room was excellent, interiors and exteriors ... View was awesome... Quiet and peaceful as well. Staff was also very polite.
There was wifi issue... It never connected , staff also tried but it didn't connect, they said will come back later .but it was not working later as well...

The room was good and the location is perfect as it close to the centre and local amenities
Staff at the desk are rude, tried to trick by saying hotel is full and particularly the night guy he thinks he is doing a favour to the customer by downgrading the room after we booked the same room for second night.
Cocroaches in the room and the television doesn't work...
This guys tried to trick us in every way and we mentioned that we are UK travellers.
At last they even tried to get some money from us by saying we got 3 bottles of water on our first day (what a shame) the hotel management should consider to hire respectful and polite staff.
