Very comfy room that had everything you need. Host was friendly and quick to help, and the cleaning staff were also very lovely. Parking nearby was simple with no issues.
The description of “room with private bathroom” was slightly misleading, I wasn’t expecting my bathroom to be down the hallway and right next to another guest’s room. As a woman I didn’t love showering so close to a room full of men and having to go down the hall back to mine after.

Terraced house on the outskirts of Edinburgh on the main bus route to the city. Doesnt have breakfast option but a short walk away is a supermarket and cafe. There is tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, fridge. Spacious family room, clean bathroom. A lock box system with a code and wifi code which opened front doors and bedroom. Very comfortable. Suit couples or family of 4.
The house was dated but that didnt affect the overall stay. Nice quiet area away from hustle and bustle of the city. Would recommend for short stay. The bus stop is across the road and a good tip is to get an all day return ticket. Easy to get around the city then .

A double-sized room, but 3 beds so no desk/chair.
Stale smell throughout drab, down-at heel premises.
Someone hawking and spitting up their lungs nearby.
Cramped++ bathroom, hair on the floor.
Standard on-street parking 5 mins up the road.
