Cozy two-room apartment located on the first floor of a building with lift and small communal garden that can accommodate up to 3 people! The apartment has all the main comforts and is perfect for business or tourist stays in the city, ideal for single travelers or young couples! Free parking under the house on white stripes not bookable and not guaranteed. The Esselunga of Viale Morgantini and the Carrefour of Piazzale Siena are a short distance from the house!
The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with living room with sofa bed, SmartTV, dining table and balcony. Split of AC. Fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, fridge, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom with double bed, spacious wardrobe, desk, safe and fan. Toilet with bidet and bathtub. Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer.

- All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.
- For check-ins after the scheduled times the following supplements are required:

We went for a game and to see the city , it was 20 minutes walking to the stadium and a nice bike ride toward the duomo.
