Excellent location close to family

The property has three bedrooms. Bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Nice lounge with TV/Couch and two recliners. Large kitchen with dining table. Hob. Will be cooler. Microwave. Toaster. Washing machine and dryer. En suite bathroom. Outside garden with patio and chairs and seating area inside outhouse with fridge.
Some of the screws where loose in the upstairs bathroom for the lock and the back garden could have been swept up a bit and the lawn mowed. Also the chairs in the garden had cushions but the covers where dirty and need to be washed. These are minor issues though and can be easily fixed within minutes.
